Visiting a cannabis dispensary for the first time can feel a little overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. At Green Gold Group, we’re here to make sure your experience is welcoming, informative, and comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors. Whether you’re completely new to cannabis or just haven’t been to a dispensary before, a little preparation can go a long way.
First and foremost, make sure you bring a valid government-issued ID that shows you’re 21 or older. We won’t be able to let you inside without one, as it’s required by Massachusetts law. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by one of our knowledgeable Budtenders. They're here to help—so don’t be shy. Whether you have questions about different product types, how something might make you feel, or how to dose responsibly, our team will walk you through your options with care and expertise.
It helps to have a general idea of what you’re hoping to get out of your experience. Are you looking to relax? Sleep better? Manage pain? Knowing what you want allows us to recommend the products that best suit your needs, from flower and pre-rolls to edibles, tinctures, or vape cartridges.
When it’s time to pay, keep in mind that dispensaries cannot accept credit cards due to federal regulations. We do accept debit cards, and we have an ATM on-site if you prefer to pay in cash.
If you’d rather keep your visit short and sweet, you can place your order online ahead of time. Your products will be ready when you arrive, and you’re still welcome to speak with a Budtender if you have questions or want to make changes.
As always, we ask that you use your products responsibly and follow Massachusetts cannabis laws. Consumption on-site is not allowed, and we’re happy to help you understand possession limits or storage guidelines if you’re unsure.
